I am new here and this is my Donkey. I am currently employed at West Coast Differentials so I see and work on a ton of rockcrawlers. Not my thing but nontheless when this Bronco came along I figured I'd follow what I'd seen already. Now after lurking on this forum for a couple months, I am planning a re-direct in my project. Not a full on expedition rig, but adequate for extended backcountry travel for sure!! I'll keep adding pics as work progresses.
This was day 1.
Traded a basic AR-15 for what you see here.

Great looking rig! Two of my friends have 68's they built from the ground up. I would love to have one myself!

Keep us posted :bike_rider:

Now you're talking my language. I have a 1976 I'm getting close to finished (at paint and body right now). I want to build it similarly to what you're talking about. Check out the above thread on this forum. On the last page (page 5?) you'll find a few pics and info about my rig.

Keep in touch. I have learned a LOT about broncos, parts sources and vendors, I have extra parts, etc. If you need something or just want to chat about an issue, holler at me. Also, check out www.classicbroncos.com. A WEALTH of information on that forum.

I spend some time on Classicbroncos and NorCalBroncos as well.
