New lift?

I own a 2007 FJ (I don't know anything about lifts) and I'm wondering what kind of lift would work best with expedition in Canada and normal driving. (Am also thinking of installing steel bumpers in the future)
I appreciate any help!!

(I also just purchased Bilstein 5100 shocks so any kind of lift that works with those would be awesome!)

Folks are generally happy with OME or Ironman springs.

You can also try Toytec. You can actually buy the adjustable coil and insert you shock into it and you now have an adjustable coil over shock. They work great with Bilstein shocks. I have an OME heavy system on my 08 FJ and I've been very pleased with it. I have an ARB with winch up front and will be getting a Kaymar Rear Bumper with dual swingouts in the next few weeks.

OME heavy setup with bumpers is pretty common and nice
I have been on a heavy/heavy setup since 2007 and no issues
arb bumper and used to tow a trailer now with tons of gear on and in our rig still happy with the choice firm when empty but we usually have four of us in the rig
heard good things about ironman also
