Cool large high resolution screen. Is the larger screen worth the extra $600? I'm not really too worried about the money but if the 540c is perfectly adequate then I don't want to waste money on "bling".

Lowrance was at a trade show that I went to this past weekend, and they had a 540c and a 10" Globalmap 9200c on display. I'm very happy with my Garmin, but I like the thought of running a large Baja solely for off-highway. Very cool, and and a great laptop alternative!
