New to me Hallmark Chuchara....

Ok here is my 1996 Hallmark Chuchara and my 1997 F350. Just took a 3 week trip with it and want to make a few improvements. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make the roof stronger? It seems to have a sway/bow in the roof. Also has anyone converted the Heco Roof Lift system to electric for ease of "pop up"?

Which roof does it have, the newer 1 piece? (not sure when they started using them). They typically have a bow to aid with rain/snow melt run-off. We use a cordless drill with a 3/8" bolt (threaded end in the chuck, bolt head in the lift system) to raise ours, works great.

Talk to Matt @ Hallmark about the roof and/or options (call, they are notoriously bad responding to e-mails, but very helpful when you talk to them)

Looks like a nice clean truck and camper! My Cuchara roof droops a bit at the corners and I don't have AC or a storage basket. I can't speak to the lift system, as mine came with the power lift from the factory.
