I did a little work on my M416. First up was a dual pneumatic tire tongue wheel. I'm hoping for better rolling on a rough surface. I took the tongue to my local welder and he widened the bracket.
Second up I built up a cooler slider. My 45qt Yeti is heavy when loaded and a PIA to drag out to get into. I bought 100lb sliders from Lowes and some aluminium angle iron. I went with 4 X 3. A plywood board is the base for the slide which I painted with black Flexseal.

It took a little adjusting to get the slider frame square and level but works just fine.

Next up is getting the tongue fixed. The extended lunette tongue I had, bent during my last trip. I am going to have it lengthened a bit so I can open my tire carrier without unhitching and replaced with some square tube.

I've got the same Yeti and it is a beast. I'm going to have to look at doing building a slider for it as well.

I have found that after a few hundred miles of rough roads the slide system vibrated off one of the slides. That and the dirt caused the system to fail. I think the board came off the slide due to being a hair too wide but the dirt and dust will be still an issue.
I'll have to relook into this system.

That slide in your trailer is awesome! Well done.

I've been thinking about putting one in the back of my Jeep as I have a rack right above it, and to get into the cooler I have to pull it out.
