NEW! Tuffy JK Security Enclosure

After much anticipation, the Tuffy Security Deck Enclosure is finally in its final version. This is a product that has been asked about for a long time and finally with the help of some forum members input, Tuffy has designed a really cool solution for locking storage in the rear of the JK that can be easily removed, is capable of carrying gear on top and provides a huge securable storage area. Dion, what are you doing with two JKs?

Frank! We're slowly building them out. Its been an uphill process (pun intended), this whole economic "downturn" has spooked alot of people, so we slowed down on the builds...then we got other ideas, and tore them down to do something else...haha, its a long list.

We're trying to get one finished to show at the JK JAM event in Trenton Ontario. (JKJAM.CA) where we will be guiding the harder trails, and instructing the 101 course.

Designing the 101 course was a HUGE challenge for me (equipment wise), but I did it, having done one for a Land Rover dealer here helped alot to having the contacts for equipment, and the JK's will be leading a showing all of that.

We've secured a huge banner, and a huge vehicle display tent complete with fake posing rocks for the event.

This Tuffy rear cargo case looks great, and might be a replacement for the hand made drawers....hmm.

We are still planning a tour in August, we're looking towards the Trans Tiaga in Quebec.

This is exactly what I've been waiting for! I wanted good security & keep my factory sub but didn't want the drawer. The friendly Tuffy rep at the Overland Expo this weekend hinted at this product. I placed my order with Tuffy today but they say it's backordered for about a month :-(

That was me (Jeff) that you talked to at the Expo. I am glad you got to see the pictures and ordered one. It was a little hard to describe at the show without having one there. I hope you had a great time at the Expo and I am sure you will enjoy your Security Deck Enclosure. Thanks

Will this work in conjunction with the expedition partition?

Not without building some custom brackets because the enclosure is not as wide as the partition meaning there is no place to bolt to the partition to.
