I'm sorry to hear this.

There is plenty of expertise at our company and trust is one of our core values. We'll work harder to earn yours next time.

That's a simple three step program.

Providing more complete and necessary information in sales information and installation manual would be step #1.

Having someone who can effectively represent the company on the internet is step #2.

But now that you mention trust, Warn is far from being on my trusted company list. I still like some of the products, but there's no trust in the products. Here's my 1 year old Zeon 10S from my 2020 Jeep JL (picture from last November). I was just getting ready to go wheeling that weekend, and just went to double-check everything. Winch was dead. This Jeep lives in Southern California with practically no rain. Hand washed. The Jeep has never been submerged (it's only wheeled in the desert).

Warranty was useless, because I'd have had to take a day off work to drive an hour to get to the nearest service center. Then, after it was fixed, I'd have to take another day off work to pick it up. Two days off work and four hours of driving. A new motor cost less. Though I have another vehicle with a Warn winch for over 16 years of problem-free service, apparently this new stuff is junk. So yes, my view of Warn - thanks to the ambiguous information on the bumpers - is going downhill rapidly.

Improving quality is #3.
