Newb with a M100... questions and plans

New to me M100. No data plates and home built title. Plan to clean it up put a lid and rtt on it.

I read somewhere the SN also stamped in another location. Does anyone know that so I can ID it ?

Guy I bought it from said he got it with a Deuce from a museum in vegas. Some mods but over all solid.

PO tried a 12v conversion. Doesn't work. Going to learn electrical too. Scraped the bed clean. .

tires are new.

Wish I new how to weld.
