Newbie with an Avalanche Question

Figuring out how to post pics.

Here is my Av on our latest trip - Lake Mead - Camping at Echo Bay, hiked The Valley of Fire. Offroaded Boathouse Cove (10miles each way) - smoked the trans. Limped it home and put a new 4L60E with tons of aftermarket upgrades in it.

This was the first trip with the new custom front bumper and winch. Might cut this bumper off and redo it with 2" tube.

Hey Stryder, I've seen you around CAFCNA for a while now. Any specific reason you didn't go with a 4l80e instead of another 4l60e?

Honest answer - I didn't know those two were interchangeable. The transmission shop I found seemed to be the only ones I've come across that understood the issue and knew the fix.
