NL Split Charge and Dealerships

Begrudgingly, I need to take my Jeep JK in to the dealer for a warranty issue. It's likely they will have to disconnect the battery.

What's the best way to prepare for that instance? I was thinking I would disconnect the black wire to disable the intelligent solenoid so the system would remain inert while at the dealer and their disconnecting and reconnecting the main battery won't cause issues with the internal fuse on the solenoid?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Why not just build a relationship with a good advisor or meet the Service Manager and get the tech involved. Sounds simple, and most Dealership personnel
respond pretty well to customers that are nice.

I agree with your take, but also like to keep things very "simple" as all too often information does not always get to the tech, techs get swapped out on jobs, or they change dealerships etc.

I'm just looking to see technically what is the best solution with this system.
