1999 Discovery II...
Car has been parked for a week (my medical issue) and when we started it, everything on the digital A/C display looked fine. Compressor engaged, electric (auxiliary) cooling fans turned on as normal, digital display showed proper symbols, but the fan will not run on any setting. The fan speed symbol changes, (assume switch is good) as designed with each successive press of the fan button but... no fan. I checked both the AC blower fuse (10 amp, under steering wheel fuse box) and the heater fan fuse (30 amp). Both are good...
I do have a FC 21 and 22 (Sunlight sensor) error code. Can the sensor be changed? Could that prevent blower operation?
Car just had a full tune-up and an oil change...
Any thoughts on the next item to check since both fuses are good?
Thanks...
