Had this custom fabricated last summer for a flatbed. Going a different route.
Materials used were 1 1/2 × 1 1/2 tubing and 11 gauge sheets.
Dimensions are : 9' floor length, 90" wide, 7' tall, 67" cab over with 42" headroom.
Pass through doors are 2' x 2' x 90".
Made to fit any 8' wide dually flatbed to the rub rails. 3 "extra on each side w stake pockets still accessible with camper on.
Roof has 2 max air fans with remotes over bed and over shower. Top roof rack for solar. Rear ladder. Tire mount. Pass through door for outside shower. Rear wall has 6,000 BTU AC. Top of roof sealed with cool coat.
Inside structure built out for 90" sofa, 4' kitchen counter top, 32"×32" shower stall. 32"×32"×7' closet. 2'x4' closet.
Camper like it sits is less than 1,400 lbs.
Outside is unfinished waiting for your body wrap, lineX or paint.
Inside ready for sprayfoam , insulation and interior build out.
