LowePro DryZone DZ200 waterproof camera pack. This is undoubtedly the best expedition type camera case out there. I have used it in 4x4 vehicles (inside and outside), motorcycles, boats and general traveling including arctic and equatorial areas. Fits into nearly every aircraft carry on (bit of an issue with twin otter float planes). Good condition but still has some Atacoma desert dust here and there.
Do your homework online but just as a reference this held. My Macbook Air, Canon 300D, Canon 100-400 L or the Sigma 50-500, Canon 50, Canon 28-135, Chargers, spare batteries, cables. All in a dust/water proof padded environment. It is especially great on a motorcycle as you can strap it down via the backpack straps and still have quick easy access to the interior. I did put it in a PacSafe mesh bag while traveling just to save me from taking it off the bike for minor stops.
