I read a bit about this today and the article stated it will use the upcoming Windows 7 OS. A few months ago I read something on Microsoft's netbook strategy, which was to replace XP with a very strangled version of W7.
This something I'd confirm before buying as it is quite possible that some of the nifty applications that netbooks are being used for could be unsupported in W7.
