Now that will be an impressive feat!

...but I think at that point, I'd shoot for heading back up the mississippi and taking the Lewis & Clark Route back home. (but then again mississippi flows north to south IIRC... don't think I'd like to attempt that!)

Home for them is along Lake Superior here in Minnesota. (Although, at this point home is wherever they are camped.)

Dave has canoed down the Mississippi, don't give him any ideas about the Lewis and Clark Route.

Are they members on the forum? It would be cool if they kept up on here like Ara does

Very cool trip. I notice looking on the above map, that they ate taking the old French fur trader/voyager route on much of the trip. Verlin Kruger has done so many amazing trips, but I don't recall him ever tracing that route. Makes my dream of kayaking around Lake Superior seem trivial!
