SOLD!!!
Thank You!
2005 Fleetwood Evolution 1 Off Road Tent Trailer.
I've towed it with my 2007 FJ with automatic transmission. Tows great!
My photos were too large.

Very high ground clearance, this one is made for getting back into the woods or places you might not take your ordinary RV. Unit has three beds, the main bed is slightly larger than a queen, the second bed is about the size of a full and the dining area converts into a smaller bed.
Trailer features a storage deck on the front of the trailer for ice chests, firewood or other items you might not want to put inside the trailer. Previous owner had a bracket to secure the front wheel of a dirt bike on the deck. Bracket is included.
Also included is a bracket to hang a small propane bbq or stove on the outside of the unit. I purchased a gas line that hooks up to the external propane port at the rear of the trailer. This can be used for a Camp Chef or or propane stove outside of the trailer. There is a small two burner stove inside along with a sink.
Trailer has a 35 gallon fresh water storage tank and pump for the sink and an external hookup. External hookup can easily be set up for an outdoor shower with the purchase of the right equipment.
Trailer is equipped as follows:
electric brakes
alloy wheels
external storage deck
propane heater with thermostat
small refrigerator
hot water heater
two burner cooktop
sink
dual propane tanks
good deep cycle battery
sway bar and hitch included
previous owner added Yakima bars and bike rack which can also be used for kayaks etc.
Dry weight 2405 pounds, GVWR 3500 pounds. Tows great.
There is no bathroom on this trailer (no shower/toilet). Everything on the trailer works as designed, there are no leaks. Just had it out in a pretty good storm in the Spokane, WA.
I have added very nice LED brake/tail lights and an anti-sway bar (included)
New tires about three weeks ago
Trailer stored in carport out of the sun and rain.
Trailer is in Northern CA near Redding. Serious inquiries only please. Email directly at jondeeregn@aol.com if you have questions.
Thanks,
Ron
