This is the little camper that could and is looking for someone who wants a project!
Starting with the exterior the anodized aluminum finish looks great for the age. Even has a bit of shine to it.
The camper has been parked in a backyard for the last few years and hasn't been taken care of.
Both ceiling vents are broken allowing water in and it's missing parts of the two side windows.
Two windows are missing and a few windows are cracked as well.
A new camper cover has been ordered that will hopefully keep further damage to a minimum and is included in the sale ($150/ retail)
The floor is mushy throughout but especially at the front door. She's going to need a full tear down and rebuild.
Original Magic Chef Oven.
Original Dometic refrigerator.
There are no cushions and no mattress.
Bathroom is all intact. Have not checked for leaks.
Cabinets are original but a few are missing doors and a few have been painted. These aren't veneer cabinets but look to be stained wood.
There is remarkable storage for such a small camper.
The bed area looks to have been replaced at some point but will need to be torn out and done right as well.
Original water pump
Original Water heater.
No freshwater tank. No batteries.
Weight is about 1800lbs and needs a full size 3/4 ton truck for moving.
She has three jack stands but will need additional camper jacks.
