Hillbilly Heaven
Explorer
Been awhile since I have been here. Lot of life changes going on.
I recently inherited a 1961 Ford F100 Step side truck. Full off frame restoration is on going.
First thing wife said to me was we can get a nice tear drop camper and tour the country during car and truck show season. So the search has begun. I know it is not the extreme camping that some do here but if anyone knows good built campers it is this place.
I came across the NuCamp Tab 400 that has all the needed features that the wife and myself need plus a nice bunk for one or two of the grandkids to tag along with us.
It is large size compared to normal teardrops because of the bathroom and kitchen. It still has that classic shape and the with the right graphics could be made to look more vintage.
Anyone have experience with NuCamp? How well do you think they would survive 4 to 6 months continuous on road use?

The TAB 400 is Our Biggest Teardrop Camper
The TAB 400's fixed sleeping area, ample storage, spacious dinette, modern interior, and quality craftsmanship make it the right choice if you need a large teardrop camper.
