Custom offroad camper. The aluminum enclosure and the canvas are from a Heilite camping trailer (originally a single wheel camper that attached to the car bumper). The bed is 48"x72", floored dressing room 6 1/2'x7 1/2' plus lots of storage when closed up, accessable from both sides through lockable doors.
The custom frame is steel tubing. The axle is a Dexter Torflex, 35" MT tires on American Racing wheels. Round recessed lights, completely functioning with a traditional 4-pin trailer plug. Pintle hitch, comes w/ receiver w/ adjustable height levels and locking pin and a flip up jack. Also comes w/ three (3) - 7 gallon water jugs as seen mounted to the front of the trailer. Canvas has been waterproofed (June 2012) and is great in all kinds of weather. Includes a detachable canoe rack as well.
Storage can be accessed from both sides when stored, or not set up. Can be accessed from the outside when set up, door works great as a shelf for working on things, making meals, etc. The other door has access from inside when set up, works great for storing clothes, placing items down, etc.
The work was done by someone else, frame, canvas, etc. I did not build this trailer but it was done right.
This is easy to set up - one person can do it in about 5-10 minutes!
I've towed it behind my Jeep Scrambler and Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for years. It pulls very smooth, on road or off, and is well balanced whether behind your vehicle or moving by hand across the driveway or rough terrain. My wife and two kids have camped in this from the mountains of Colorado to the woods of Wisconsin and many other treks...and it fit the four of us quite comfortably. Much nicer than a standard ground tent, especially when you're staying for more than just a weekend (our CO trips were 10+ days).
It's been stored inside as long as I've had it, every season, a bit dusty w/ a little dirt but always out of the elements when not in use.
$3,850 CASH!

Possible partial trades I'd consider: M416 trailer in excellent condition, OZTent, Springbow canvas tent.

I drove 19 hours round trip to pick this up, it was worth it then and should be worth it to someone wanting this type of unit. I have a lot of pix, in use and otherwise. Please feel free to ask for specifics.
This is a full queen air mattress, plenty of floor space:
