OME Heavy duty lift?

Okay so I picked up this lift for my 95 discovery and was wondering which springs are front and which are rear??

Did not come with anything telling me which are the front or even left or right side.
I know it makes a difference,as one par is a little bit longer.

It is not always the taller ones It is the thicker and heavier ones that go in the rear.

One spring for the front maybe a tad taller. Put that one on the drivers side and the same goes for the rear.
