Hello again, I forgot to ask this question in my last post so here it goes. I plan on buying a NV3550 because my AX-15 doesn't have 1st or reverse. I just wanted to know if any of you have an idea of where I could get one online. I have tried transmission places around where I live with no luck so I am trying online now. I have looked at eBay and that was a bust so any help would be wonderful. As of now my rig is sitting in my driveway not moving unless it has to. Thanks for your help and ya'll have been great!!!

I believe you can order them from Novak w/ the conversion parts necessary for the swap w/ the ax15.

Can you order just the transmission. Believe it or not there aren't any conversion parts. The transmissions are 100% swappable at least that's what I was told by numerous people that have done it. I will go and check with Novak now to see if I could get it through them. Thanks

After looking again, I think you're right about the swap. I've been researching for my NP435 swap and just looked again... it wasn't Novak, it was Advance Adapters that sells the transmission. They show it listed as part of a kit to swap into an older Jeep w/ the conversion parts, but I'm sure they would probably sell it to you outside of the kit as well. Perhaps Novak will do the same, I didn't see it on their website though.
