I started with this recipe found here:

I made a couple of changes mainly used almost all dehydrated ingredients and I added dehydrated rice.
Cool thing is this meal can be vacuume sealed lasts a long time, just add water.
I just poured it into one pan added 5 cups of water and cooked for 20-30 min.
