Our new sportsmobile (ATSMB)

We were very excited to take our first trip in our new sportsmobile! This trip with matt (busines partner), and his son Jay, started at SMB west in Fresno, CA. From there we rolled up I-5 To Ashland/Medford, OR, where My wife and I lived for 8 years. Anyone familiar with Southern Oregon's landscape, will definitely recognize which of these pictures were taken there. Then, on to Mt Bachelor. From there we traveled through Eastern Oregon and western Idaho. Incredible Landscape there. We then drove to Wyoming, The home of the amazing Grand Tetons and The Snake River. Skied Jackson hole, which was awesome. From there, we traveled straight south to steamboat Springs,CO, where we camped and relaxed in the hot springs. No good snow so we didn't ski there. The final leg took us through Summit County, CO down to Golden, CO, which is home. Thanks Matt and Jay for a great trip! More to come. I can't wait for my wife and I to embark on our first adventure in the new Rig. This is also the start of our sportsmobile rental company. http://www.atsmb.com

I think I saw you on 99 highway headed into Modesto about 7:30 PM on Feb 13th. I was in a power Co utility bucket truck. The van said rent me on the side IIRC. Even if that wasn't you, that is one loaded rig you got there...very nice.

Yeah I did. Made me laugh cause I thought you guys saw it. I tried to grab a pic of you guys from behind before I had to turn off but the flash was on and it just lit up my cab. I posted on the forum that I saw the most tricked out rental I'd ever seen as soon as I got clear of the job site.

Nice rig! Did you have the lower body panels rhino-lined or use line-X? Good luck with the business venture.

Hey stormlover, I see you are from flagstaff. We will be at Overland expo in may, maybe we will seeyou there. Also, do you know of a BBQ joint in flagg named Satchmos? The owner is a good friend of mine. if not, you should check it out. Good stuff!

Absolutely. Satchmo's rules the barbecue roost in Flag. While that's not saying much (we have an overabundance of Thai and lack of smoked meat) it's pretty good, esp their brisket. I haven't checked out their new location yet. I hike out of a river trip on the 17th so I might cruise by the Expo on the 18th while everyone is packing up.
