Outback Sealed Inverter

dzzz

Anyone use one of these? I'm thinking of using one in an exterior battery compartment. Sealed reduces max continuos output 20-30%. But a sealed inverter and sealed batteries may be a nice way to get some big things out of the camper.
The unit has temperature activated DC terminals that can power a medium size fan or a relay. I would use that to vent the compartment.
Both the inverter/charger and the solar charge controller have battery temperature sensor so I'm not concerned with the compartment overheating.

I would have to filter the air. I will still vent the box. The area it's going into won't be guaranteed dry either . It could be splashed.
