Picked up this 1990 Cherokee Limited last week. I'm going out on the road for 2 months at the end of August so this will be a fairly quick build.

Plan:

4" lift on 31" tires
Yakima Roof Rack
CVT Roof Top Tent
ARB Fridge/Freezer
92 Engine Cooling System
Storage system for the entire cargo area
Fresh Water Tank
Water Pump/hoses
Air Compressor
Power Inverter

I already picked up the Yakima Roof Rack from a friend. Installed it and the CVT Roof Top Tent. Here are a few pictures so far.

Really looking forward to seeing how you setup the interior. I can not decide how I want to do mine.

4" lift and 31" tires; seems a little overlifted or undertired, to say nothing of looking kinda goofy. I would lean towards overtiring than overlifting myself. 31s for 3" lift, 32-33s for 3.5-4" lift.

Being a former rock crawler I don't mind having an extra inch of fender room for axle flex. Also keep in mind how much extra weight I will have on this Cherokee. It'll look fine and ride great for all the driving I will be doing as it rubs with 3" and 31s now just putting the roof top tent on it. Once I add aftermarket bumpers and a tow hitch storage rack, the extra lift won't be noticeable.
