It appears as though the axle is solidly mounted to the frame with no suspension travel to cushion impact, is this correct?

Yes this model came with no suspension . Electrical works as it should. Have a clear Title in hand. Trailer was manufactured by Heldeg MFG in the 80's. Trailer is located in Mokena IL. Trailer is in good condition. Thanks.
