There are some threads here about them, lots of people saying they wouldn't trust them, but I dont remember seeing any first hand experience.

I looked into them, they used to struggle with quality control, and components. They are hitting a very specific price point, and to do it something has to give. Others have really liked them, i looked at some on the lot and checked out under the cabinets, wire traces, etc. And decided not for me. That has been a few years ago though.
If you have any close go check them out and see, what you can see.
That being said, everything comes at a price. That price may be initial cost, or the cost of lost time later on. Every piece of equipment has a limit, just know what its limits are; and weigh with planned use.

In my opinion the Bundutec probably is a better quality build than the Palomino...especially with their provenance being tied to Northstar.

X2 on Northstar or Bundutec. And yes I know I have an Outfitter, but if i had not gotten it well abused ( loved ), it was northstar's i was looking for.
