Any recommendations on a good pheasant recipe? My first time cooking one.

I suggest pulled-meat, either baked or pan-fried with olive oil, lots of sage and a little rosemary. At the very end of pan-frying, add a touch of honey to crystalize on the meat. Sage is key.
