Who was the smartass who picked "stay at home?" :costumed-smiley-007

There's one other thing I probably should have stocked up on, besides sleep, before the baby came.
If you're up at 3:00 am watching speedvision, there is another way to "stock up." If you know what I mean. Besides, the memory of it (no matter how well you're stocked up) ain't nearly as good as gettin' it.

Well, I think I've done enough inappropriate damage 'round these here parts for the day.

MArk, a different type of "gettin it" when you are a new dad. My good friend Mark D Stephens.com, your day will come, and you will know what we are all talking about. Now, you and Super-Cool Chick get busy, we need to see a few litle Mark D. Stephens.com's running around.:p

Also, have you checked your PM's? Get back to me d00d:rockon:

Toroweap is in the lead, and I'm heading to dinner and then home to pack...We'll see which area wins first thing 0800 tomorrow morning! Get your votes in!!

:lurk:

I usually take a sat phone when I do solo stuff and there's not good cell reception...this time I'll also have a SAR radio on me, which will have a North Rim Sheriff's Office channel, as well as NFS and NPS...just in case I break a leg...

Toroweap will be the more adventurous of the two choices, as the road can get a bit interesting with the monsoon rains we are having....lots and lots of jackrabbits too...not a problem if you hit one in a Land Cruiser :smiley_drive: ...but might be a bit more interesting on a bike! :Wow1:

It's off to Macy's coffeehouse to fuel up the rider, then off to Southern Utah!

Thanks for helping me decide guys! I'll post a trip report when I return! :wavey:

I'm back in one piece! With minimal carnage on the bike....let's just say custom exhausts don't necessarily like washboard roads! :violent-smiley-031:

Between washed out roads and violent electrical storms...it was an adventure. I'll post a report as soon as I get the photos downloaded!
