I just picked-up a nice used Autohome Maggiolina RTT last weekend that I hope to mount on my modest little utility trailer.

I have a Shorelandr 4x8 open utility trailer. The previous owner fashioned a set of crossbars that I'm currently using for my two kayaks.

My plan is to reconfigure those crossbars to support the RTT. I would like them to be taller so I can fit bikes and other gear under the bars.

I'd like to see pics of what others have done to convert small utility trailers into "camping" trailers.

I have no delusions that my trailer will be an hardcore "expo" trailer by any means. Just looking to improve the functionality.

I'll try to post up some pics of the current set-up so you guys can see the "blank canvas".

I just picked this up for my CVT tent. The guy also modified it for his Tepui tent. Basic build but I will be adding on to this as I go. As far as what he had done, the axle it under the springs instead of over and the frame slides up for when you get where your going. Haven't tried it out yet but I am quite excited.
