Poison Spider, Elephant Hill, Beef Basin, Ruin Park

Vector OffRoad spent a few days exploring in the Moab/Canyonlands 11/11-11/14. We didn't bring along the DSLR, but here are a few point and shoot and Iphone pictures.

On 11/12 we did Poison Spider Mesa:







Saw a few moutain bikers along the way:


We headed out the next morning (11/13) for Elephant Hill in Canyonlands. The plan was to do elephant hill, do some hiking in the Joint Trail, head out the back side of the park into Beef Basin and do some exploring in Ruin Park.

We stopped at Newspaper Rock on the way out, my daughter has been studying native americans in school, so she told her teacher she would bring back some pictures:

We ran into some snow which kept things interesting, it was a cold night out, but worth the trip!

Nice pictures. I've been to all those places a few times. Well worth the effort to get there for anybody who hasn't before.
