Portable hitch kitchen?

Im thinking about making a small kitchen to carry on my hitch.
120v/12v/LP Fridge frezzer , a 4 burner LP cooktop and oven, stainless steel sink w/ 12v pump and storage tank for fresh water. Maybe 2 -12v batts and a solar cell to recharge it. All the parts are Rv /camper parts.
Has any one done anything like this? If so I would love to see some pics.

How about this:

Tailgating parties at sporting events have matured far beyond cooking hotdogs over portable charcoal grills. The Grill-n-Chill Tailgating Grill has a built in AM/FM radio (for listening to the game) and CD player. Cook gourmet burgers or steaks on the 24,000 BTU grill, and keep drinks cool in the 60 quart insulated cooler. For $2,999.99, you can take one home from Costco.

Only 3k? It's cheap at twice the price!!!!

Seriously though, a stove of choice (I'm thinking Camp Chef Sport since I have one) and a fridge side by side could be pretty slick. I'd be inclined to build a shallow depth fold-down shelf fitted into front of the stove & fridge to have some working surface. Make it shallow though so that you're not reaching way back there --> over it to get to the stove. I'd suggest UHMWPE for the shelf. Easy to clean and makes a good cutting board too.
Hang brackets for a propane tank to fit underneath and possibly put a second battery, for the fridge, under there as well. Plug into the trailer light connection if only for the trailer battery charge wire to charge it.

Could be really slick! Now you've got me thinking......

3000K for a stove?, haha I know of a few small towns in some prairie states and provinces where you could by a whole modern house with full basement and a double car shop garage for that price. ;)

Sounds nice but makes a lot more sense for a tailgate party than a expedition. The loss of departure angle and the weight so far behind the axle would be my biggest concerns.
