Hello,
I am new here. I did a lil search and could not find out what i wanted.

I have a 1000w pure sin power inverter. I wired it with 2gauge wire directly to and from on battery.

When my girl friend plugs in her Sony Viao (brand new) the mouse goes crazy? I used my roomates Hp 4 months before and did not have this issue. At first i thought it was just her laptop. But then we plugged her cell phone (HTC droid) into charge and the touch screen when crazy like bouncing all over the place. What is the problem.

Un related (maybe) but i have a wrangler 225w externally regulated (from the cab hehe) and 2 kinetic batteries. Well i noticed a power draw and started some trouble shooting and noticed one of my batteries was bulging. Therefore i took both of them out and are now running 2 34/78 Yellow Top Optimas.

I have a feeling i am getting some type of crazy feedback from the externally regulated part.

Thoughts,
Mark

I've never had interference on my touchscreen laptop, but have seen interference on my wired mouse. It was from a chair back massager (the mouse lost lol).

I would try a different inverter, to see if that's it...even a cheapo from Wal-Mart. If the problem goes away, it was probably inverter, if the problem stays, try and wire your pure-sine inverter using separate wires (the laptop won't draw that much current, so you don't need 2ga wire). After that, I honestly don't have a lot of suggestions sorry :(

I am pretty sure it is my new adjustable externally regulated alternator regulator LOL tounge twister. AKA i kept the same wrangler alternator and just changed the external regulation. Because on my previous trips it did not creat this problem at all. It def sounds like a feedback issue to me.
Thx,
M
