Pre purchase inspection in PDX

Hi- Can anyone suggest someone who can do a pre-purchase inspection on an imported Toyota 4x4 with a diesel 2C engine in the Portland, OR area?

try out PDX Automotive on NE Halsey. they did the pre purchase inspection on my 94 toyota w/22RE. always treated me good. if not them, Hawthorne Auto Clinic is my other recommendation. good folks there.
