This is pretty good. May not be perfect but there are a bunch of good tips. Maybe enough information for anyone on the fence to decide if you want to do it yourself or have a mechanic do it. Just FYI...

Doesn't look like a Montero 3.8.... Very different. And IMHO, easier on the Montero.

I helped a friend do his timing job on his 03 montero a couple months ago. Easiest timing belt project I've done on a montero ever. We did the timing job and tune up in a half a day. And yeah, that video is absolutely nothing like doing a 3.8 in a montero.
