I've a set of Motorsport-tech wheel adapters for a M416 to 6 on 5.5 Toyota pattern. I've used them for one trip, and have replaced the old axel for some electric brakes.
Asking $150 plus shipping (they run $230-50 new.)
No defects that I know of, as they were just highway'd up to and back from deer camp.
Old axel is available locally for free.
