Looks like a Smittybilt to me.
The front bumper is a Smittybilt. I added the front hoop, it's a nice bumper especially for the sale price I got it for, my only gripes with it are they could have made the holes in the front about a half inch larger so a hand would fit through to put in winch bolts. Also, the bolts that attach to the front cross member are carriage heads and I couldn't get them torqued down as they kept slipping. The finish is nice looking, but the second stage "textured coat" chips away easily from the base coat.

hands up everyone here that has EVER "finished" a Jeep build....for me at least they just seem to go on and on....a labor of love.
