For sale is a new Puma 12V Oilless Compressor w/ 2 gallon hot dog tank.

It's a great unit, and I've only used it once to test it, worked great at home airing up my 4 315 sized tires and was ready to keep going if needed.
These sell for $245 - $270 on eBay and I think $230 is a great deal considering the newness of the unit. I'd like to sell this locally LA/OC vs shipping, but will consider shipping on the buyers dime.

Please message with questions.

Thanks,

Steve

If I have a generator in my trailer (Honda 2000i) am I better off with a 120V compressor? This PUMA draws 30 amps.......Would wear a battery down in short order airing up four big tires if you didn't run the alternator. But I'd be using it more to blow parts off and to supply air to a pressure cylinder on a lube maqchine.

Good looking setup, Bluehash! I was hoping to get this under the hood of my jk but it's probably better to part ways w/it than to divorce the compressor / tank.

Can't really say what you'll be better off with, only you know what's best for your situation. If you're looking for something that runs off 120v I know Puma makes a unit for that. This compressor definitely needs your rig's motor to be running or you'll end up w/a dead battery in no time.

research single phase motor load inrush current and LRA (lock rotor amps). keep in mind, when plugged into utility power, your ability to deal with LRA is in effect, infinite. you cant outdraw the utility. your genset on the other hand has its limitations.
