RAM mount for Otterbox Defender ?....

While I have checked and know that RAM doesn't make a mount for the popular otterbox defender case (I phone 3GS) I imagine they might. In the mean time I want to know if anyone has found something that may work. Thing is I have the suction cups and arms for most RAM thing to work off of, I just need a mount to hold my Defender case. I'm guessing a small gps holder is what will come up. ANy other ideas will be appreciated.

Does RAM have something like a generic clamp-style holder? I have been thinking of something like the Pro-Fit miniGrip...
