Anyone have recent extended north america travels using Google Fi for cellular data? Thumbs up, thumbs down?
We have ATT and hotspot our phones a fair bit when we have a decent signal. Currenty debating getting an eSim capable mobile hotspot and a WeBoost thingy to help things out. Would be nice to have better signal while driving, more data/service providers available when parked, and not have to move the amplifier and/or antena from the cab of the truck into camper in order to keep phone close enough to the inside antena as I've read it needs to sometimes be within inches to be practical. Have looked at starlink, but finding space for the antena and router is more difficult - not to mention the $150/month service fee.
