Not sure about the squeal factor, but given the weight of these trucks and towing I would be tempted to go for either the EBC or PowerStop Truck and Tow rated pads and a quality rotor. On an F150 I had years ago the best upgrade I ever did was Powerstop rotors and a police rated Raybestos ceramic pads. They would let out one little squeak when I pulled out of my driveway, but otherwise were incredible.
I replaced my factory kit with PowerStop drilled/slotted rotors (their "heavy duty" kit for towing and off roading). Save about a grand vs the dealer, and aside from some light warping (standing on the brakes from 80mph on the Interstate when some jabroney cuts you off while braking) and some cold noise they are powerful and have lasted me close to 30,000 miles so far.
These are for my 2107 D5, but they do offer D4 kits:

Including the LR4, I have used Brembo rotors with Akebono Euro pads on everything European I've owned for the last two decades.
In that time I've only had one set of Brembos warp on a 7 series BMW. Akebono pads cut down on brake dust, but usually trade a hair of initial bite for the reduction in maintenance.
