Redarc Fixed Monocrystalline Solar Panel

I have the Redarc Redvision system and Manager 30 system for my truck. And how my head works, since I want to get into solar, I looked into a Redarc product to pair with them.

My question is, price aside, is the REDARC 200W Monocrystalline Solar Panel (SMSP1200) a good one? It fits almost exactly the area I have to work (47"x43") with and appears like the highest wattage I can fit there... but it says it's limited to 10 amps.

If you have any thoughts on it I would appreciate it. I will probably buy a solar blanket to pair along with it if it doesn't fulfill my power needs... but at least I have something up there as I drive full time.

thank you.

it's 20v and 10amp at max power. You'd want an MPPT charger to get full use out of it, otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

The specs say it has a MPPT solar regulator, so it should be good.

I'm not an expert by any means. Check with Redarc to be sure.

$2.75/watt is expensive, even at 20% efficiency--but if it fits, maybe that's the best choice!
You can also look at a pair of 100w panels to fit your roof--many of those are around $1/watt...
