Reese Brakeman IV Trailer Brake Controller

Seems like the right place to post this....

I got a Hemi Commander last week and plan to tow my XJ with it. The PO installed a Reese Brakeman IV, but there are no manuals with it, and I can't find any sort of user guide on line. I really haven't any idea how to use this thing safely or appropriately.

It's got up and down and side to side buttons for gain and sync as well as a slide that moves right to left.

Anyone able to school me on this thing??

I went from a ZJ to a Hemi WK a few years ago and used it to tow a lot. Pulled like a dream and as much fun offroad as the ZJ was.
