thank you for the advice-- i bought these in nov of 2006 and only wore them twice- i picked up diabetes and my foot has gotten much wider.... well i was able to find the old bank statement and walked into rei and had a store credit of 195.00 bucks- thanks you!

Thats awesome glad I could help. I hate that REI is against off road driving but the customer service can't be beat. if they will fit any of your buddies tell them to go to the next REI garage sale. they will sell them for pennies on the dollar. the sale is only open to members and happens about 4 times a year.

Yeah, and most of the time, they won't even ask for the receipt. They just look you up on their computer.
