Apologies to everyone in this thread! Being pretty new to this forum as anything other than a sometime lurker, I had a technological fail and was not getting notifications that there had been any activity.
It is a Weboost Drive Reach OTR, part number 477154. I have it partially mounted at the moment, with a Rhinorack aerial bracket. I would consider including the bracket for a reasonable price.

As it stands, shipping right now seems really expensive. I'm getting quotes for USPS for something like $30-40, which doesn't seem terribly cost effective for people to purchase long distance, necessarily. Here's hoping someone relatively local spots this post...
