I had the day to myself yesterday so I decided to drive up Rollins Pass. I started in Central City then headed over to the Moffat Tunnel. From there I drove up Rollins Pass Road as far as you can on the East side. I intended to walk the last mile or so to the tunnel but the 20 degree temp with the 50-60 mile an hour wind gusts changed my mind. I decided to head down and check out Nevadaville instead. It was a pleasant trip, great scenery and only ran into one other person. I did decide that I need to invest in a better camera. My little digital does not come close to capturing the beauty of the mountains. Enjoy the pics.
