Roof rack options for basket, lighting, awning, etc.?

I've got a Snugtop with Thule rails on my Tacoma. I'd like to get started toward a modular rack that will let me add [eventually] a basket, area and off-road lights, awning, RTT and whatever else I might decide upon in the future? Will rectangular Thule load bars with Tracker II feet be versatile enough for an expo vehicle and would they support the weight and dimensions of a RTT and 1 or 2 awnings?
