Round fenders for a 37" tire or bigger

I picked up a Bantam T3 a couple of weeks ago to convert into an off-road/expo trailer. I would like to keep the look of the round fenders since that helps designate the year/model. I thought of Semi truck fenders, but they want $150 plus for a fender and that's way more than I would like to spend on some fenders that will get abused at some point. Have any of you done this and if so what did you do? I know I could just make a set of M416 style fenders easier and a lot cheaper, but that's not what I want to do.

Thanks,
Brittain.

PS I'll post some pics of the trailer here shortly, I got it for a steal, but it needs a lot of work.

Fenders can be ordered in different widths.

Here's another set-up I experimented with but didn't use, narrower fenders than above, with Jeep CJ plastic fender flairs.
