RTT offset position

Hey guys, I have a custom trailer with a rtt sitting on top of a frame. It was initially in the middle of the rack but there were some issues with that:
1) it was very difficult to access the zipper and remove/install the cover and annex because there was little space between the channel and rack
2) a lot of annex space was wasted because ~8” were eaten up by the tent being inboard on the rack and then another ~8” or so due to the tire.
3) I recently mounted a batwing awning and it interfered with the tension poles for the rtt window on that side.

I shifted the entire tent over which gained me some annex space and the cover/annex will be MUCH easier to install however I’m not sure how safe it will be to tow it like this. Off-road it may be more prone to tipping that way when off camber but do you think other than that it is unsafe? Any other suggestions?

Sorry for the tucked away picture.
