I don't think it would be too heavy, but if you are concerned, CL is coming out with a third size smaller tent here around the end of the month. Not sure on pricing yet but it will be about 45x94 I think? That should cut down on some weight and maybe make it easier for some of the smaller trucks out there.

The CL tents are about 50 lbs lighter than any of the wood-based RTT's out there by the way.

Get a good set of rails that are attached side to side and you should be good to go. I would never trust the stock ones with it up there. Flyinwen has a nice set on her Liberty that she mounted her rack to. Picture of them on LOST I know

Didn't see them on lost. I will have to check them out. Would be nice with a smaller one then I can maybe put a rack up there for extra storage.:smiley_drive:
